MFL will not only trustfully fulfil our duty on warranty, but also provide strong after-sale support beyond the warranty period.
Warranty Conditions
- All products sold from JungSon.com.au carry a 12-moths full warranty (labour & parts) from the date of purchase; except vacuum tubes which have a 6 months replacement warranty. For further peace of mind, a 2 or 3 years extended warranty is available. Please contact us for details.
- The warranty will repair a JungSon product is defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials on the condition of proof of purchase from MFL.
- The warranty is void in the event of any service undertaken by an unauthorized service centre or any tampering of any nature in respect of the products by unauthorized persons.
- The warranty does not cover mileage or travelling time, pick-up or delivery, or the cost of insurance.
- The warranty excludes: (a) damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence, including by leaking batteries; (b) products repaired or tampered with by anyone other than MFL or its authorised service centre; (c) products where the serial number is removed or defaced.
