Delivery Information
We use registered Australia Post and AirRoad Direct to deliver your ordered products immediately. Once your ordered products are picked up from our storehouse by the carriers, we will email you the transport tracking information. The delivery time is generally between 2 to 5 days depending on your location within Australia and New Zealand.

Pick Up
Customers are most welcome to pick up products from our Newcastle showroom after an audition. Our Sydney showroom welcomes customers during weekends. Our Sydney agent also offer delivery and set up services on weekends. We have made many friends by doing this. We are more than happy to meet our customers and learn their needs and improve our services.
